Upgrade Services

Our Client Services Team provides our clients with a dedicated team of experienced project management and consulting professionals to assist clients with their software upgrade projects. Different clients require different levels of assistance with upgrades. We will work with each client to define what is needed from Cayenta. Using our proven upgrade methodology, including the CayStone Test Management Tool, our team works closely with your client’s team to implement new functionality and efficiently complete the upgrade in a matter of months.

New Feature Services

When clients are ready to implement new features, or take on a new subsystem module they haven’t utilized before, Cayenta’s Client Services Team is ready to assist. Our team of experienced consultants and project managers have expertise across the Cayenta product suite. We will put together a project plan for a successful roll-out of new features and modules. Our team will work with our clients on configuration, testing, training and documentation of the new modules and features. We stay involved until the new modules and features are in production.
