Time Card Privacy Policy & Agreement

Cayenta, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Cayenta”, "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal information we receive and collect from you through the Time Card product. We also believe in transparency and are committed to informing you about how we treat your personal information.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THE TIME CARD PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

We collect and store personal information that is only integral in the proper functioning of the application. These collected information can potentially be used to identify you:

  • Time card (clock in/out times)
  • Leave request (request dates and reasons)
  • Geolocation (latitude and longitude)
  • Attachments (any form of media uploaded)
HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION

We may collect the data mentioned above in two different ways:

  • Majority of the information collected will be provided through your voluntary actions such as submitting a leave request or uploading an attachment
  • The only information we collect automatically will be your geolocation in the format of latitude and longitude when certain actions are performed such as clocking in/out or going on break

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to transfer data securely over the Internet and only store the information that is granted access by you.

HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION

All information collected by Time Card app is solely owned and used by the organization utilizing Time Card app.

The collected information are used to properly operate all the features of the application such as geofencing and time card submissions.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE SHARE?

We never share the data with any third party outside of the utilities using our application other than as stated in this Notice.
